Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

Once the order is received, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the online store within 14 days.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.<\/p>\n

To use the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered cannot be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods as would be allowed for testing the goods in a brick-and-mortar shop.<\/p>\n

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they display signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the reduction in the value of the goods.<\/p>\n

When sending with Omniva, use the 14-day free return code sent with the SMS. For free of charge returns with SmartPosti, use the same code you used to retrieve the parcel within 14 days. To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of\u00a0withdrawal form<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0from the purchase of goods no later than within 14 days after receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the Web Store will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the withdrawal declaration, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.<\/p>\n

The Web Store shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the object of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>\n

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not required to refund the consumer for the cost exceeding the cost of the usual delivery method.<\/p>\n

The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Web Store has been erroneously marked significantly below the market price.<\/p>\n

Right to complain<\/h3>\n

The Web Store is liable for the non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of the delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Web Store to disprove this presumption.<\/p>\n

If a defect occurs, the buyer has the right to contact the Web Store no later than within two months by emailing info@nauticalpartners.ee or calling\u00a0+372 5552 3133<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Web Store is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.<\/p>\n

If goods purchased from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will return to the buyer any fees related to the sales contract.<\/p>\n
