The prices of products sold in the Online Store are listed next to each product; prices are in euros and include VAT. A delivery fee will be added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer\u2019s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.<\/p>\n<p>Product information is provided directly next to each product in the Online Store. Product prices and discounts in the Online Store may differ from the product selection, prices, and discounts offered at the Company\u2019s retail stores. Products displayed in the Online Store are generally in stock at the seller\u2019s store. The availability of these products is not guaranteed, as it may be inaccurate due to potential technical issues with the software. If a Customer places an order but it turns out that the Seller does not have the product in stock, the Online Store will be unable to fulfill the order. In such cases, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the Customer immediately upon confirmation of the product\u2019s unavailability.<\/p>\n<p>The product photos displayed in the Online Store are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Placing an Order<\/h3>\n<p>To order merchandise, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Confirming your order constitutes a commitment to pay. To complete your order, fill out the required fields and select the appropriate shipping method. The seller has no access to the customer\u2019s bank or credit card information. The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the amount due in the Online Store\u2019s bank account.<\/p>\n<p>The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for processing payments to the authorized processor, Montonio Finance UAB.<\/p>\n<p>If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock shortages or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the payment (including shipping costs) will be refunded immediately within 1\u20132 business days.<\/p>\n<h3>Order to the store to try on<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>If you\u2019re not sure whether a product is right for you, you can order it for free to try it on in-store.<\/p>\n<p>When placing your order, select \u201cFREE! CLICK &amp; TRY IN-STORE\u201d as the shipping method. We\u2019ll have the items you want ready at the Nautical Store and will let you know via text message when they\u2019re ready for you to try on.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll hold the products for you for 3 business days.<\/p>\n<p>For products ordered to try in-store, you\u2019ll pay in-store only for the items you decide to purchase. If possible, the product can be exchanged for the correct size. If the desired size is not available in the online store, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@nautical.store\">hello@nautical.store<\/a> before returning the item.<\/p>\n<p>You do not need to provide a reason for the return, but we would appreciate this information\u2014it helps us improve our product selection and customer service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The online store will refund the buyer after receiving the returned merchandise. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal and will be made using the same payment method the buyer used to pay for the order.<\/p>\n<p>The online store may delay the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been shipped back. The refund will be issued upon the earlier of these events.<\/p>\n<p>If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the consumer for costs exceeding those associated with the standard delivery method.<\/p>\n<p>The online store has the right to rescind the sale and demand that the buyer return the goods if, due to an error, the price of the goods listed in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods.<\/p>\n<h3>Right to File a Claim<\/h3>\n<p>The online store is liable to the buyer for any nonconformity with the terms of the contract or defect in the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year following delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.<\/p>\n<p>The Online Store will respond to a complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Direct Marketing and the Processing of Personal Data<\/h3>\n<p>The online store uses the personal data provided by the buyer solely to process the order and ship the goods to the buyer. The online store shares personal data with shipping service providers in order to deliver the goods.<\/p>\n<p>The online store sends newsletters and special offers to the buyer\u2019s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct marketing communications.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters via email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offer.<\/p>\n<h3>Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n<p>If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent via email to <a href=\"mailto:info@nautical.store\">hello@nautical.store<\/a> or by calling <a href=\"tel:37255523133\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">+372 5552 3133<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Commission. You can review the terms of the proceedings and submit a claim <a href=\"https:\/\/ttja.ee\/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. The Consumer Disputes Commission is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
