Conditions of sale

The owner of the web store Nautical Store (hereinafter Web Store) is Ragenford OÜ (registry code 14474374), registered office at Nooda tee 8, 13516 Tallinn.

The sales conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store. The prices of products sold in the Web Store are indicated with the products, expressed in euro and include VAT. The delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when finalising the order.

Information about the goods is provided right next to the goods in the Web Store. The prices and discounts of products in the Web Store may differ from the product selection, prices and discounts of the Undertaking’s retail store.  The Products shown in the Web Store are generally available in stock / the seller’s store. The availability of these Products is not guaranteed because it may be erroneous due to possible technical issues in the programs.
If a Client places an order, but it turns out that the Seller does not have the Product, the Web Store will not be able to fulfil the given order. In this case, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the Client as soon as it becomes clear that the product is unavailable.

The photos of Products shown in the Web Store are illustrative and may accidentally differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Product.

To order goods, the products desired must be placed into the cart. To finalise the order, fill in the mandatory fields and select a suitable delivery method. The amount of the fee is then displayed, which can be paid securely via the following payment methods:

  • Bank payments in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut
  • Finnish bank links: Danske, Nordea, OP Pankki, Revolut
  • Bank payments in Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Revolut and Luminor
  • Bank payments in Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Šiauliu, Luminor, Medicinos Bankas and Revolut
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When paying by bank transfer, be sure to press the “Tagasi kaupmehe juurde” (“Back to the merchant”) button on the bank page.

Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Web Store in a secure environment – when paying using a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The Seller has no access to the client’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force from the date of receipt of the amount due to the bank account of the Online Store.

The owner of the Web store is the controller of personal data and shall transfer the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance UAB.

If the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to the goods running out or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and any money paid (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden.

The buyer has the following options for retrieving their goods:

  • pick up yourself at Nooda tee 8, Tallinn
  • DPD Pickup points
  • DPD courier services
  • Omniva courier
  • Omniva’s parcel terminal
  • Smartpost pick-up place
  • Smartpost courier

The buyer shall bear the delivery costs and relevant price information is shown with the delivery method.

Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-5 working days after entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia is within 10 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, you have the right to have the goods delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Once the order is received, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

To use the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered cannot be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, properties and functioning of the goods as would be allowed for testing the goods in a brick-and-mortar shop.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they display signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the reduction in the value of the goods.

When sending with Omniva, use the 14-day free return code sent with the SMS. For free of charge returns with SmartPost, use the same code you used to retrieve the parcel within 14 days. To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of goods and email it to no later than within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the Web Store will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the withdrawal declaration, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The Web Store shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the goods that are the object of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not required to refund the consumer for the cost exceeding the cost of the usual delivery method.

The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Web Store has been erroneously marked significantly below the market price.

The Web Store is liable for the non-conformity or defects of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of the delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Web Store to disprove this presumption.

If a defect occurs, the buyer has the right to contact the Web Store no later than within two months by emailing or calling +372 5552 3133.

The Web Store is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

If goods purchased from the Web Store have defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will return to the buyer any fees related to the sales contract.

The Web Store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

The Web Store shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Web Store will transfer personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.

The Web Store shall send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website, and indicated their wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer may opt out of receiving offers and newsletters to their e-mail address at any time by sending us an e-mail notice or following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

Any complaints that the buyer may have with regard to the Web Store must be e-mailed to or communicated by calling +372 5552 3133.

If the buyer and the Web Store are unable to settle the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the processing terms and conditions and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract between the buyer and the Web Store. The committee shall review the buyer’s complaint free of charge.

The buyer can turn to the consumer dispute platform of the European Union .
